Connect your Outlook to send from your real inbox and ingest replies

Click below to connect your Outlook (Microsoft Graph) account. You'll be redirected to Microsoft to grant send + read permissions. We use these scopes:

Mail.Send — to send emails on your behalf
Mail.Read — to ingest replies
MailboxSettings.Read — for time-zone and out-of-office info
offline_access — refresh tokens (no need to re-auth)

Note: when sandbox mode is on (default in dev), sends are simulated and no Microsoft auth is required.

Signature

Open Outlook → Mail → Settings → "View all Outlook settings" → Compose and reply → Email signature. Copy the formatted signature and paste below — formatting (logo, colors, links) will be preserved.

Why paste-from-Outlook?

Microsoft Graph doesn't expose Outlook desktop signatures via any stable API. Pasting them once is the most reliable approach. We store the HTML and append it to every send if "Attach my Outlook signature" is checked on the template.
